Silent Meditation: for Fulfillment, Detachment & Equanimity
Sitting and Walking, with Instruction and Discussion
Practice silence. Silence invites meditation.
Quiet the mind, cultivate detachment in daily life, and open the door of the heart to transformation, peace, harmony, and transcendence.
Meditation connects us with the beauty and purpose of life, and the grace of the present moment.
Marie & Jackson Wu suggest and explain tools such as "watching the breath" and "japa/mantra or Name of God repetition", which can help us be still and enter into the silence.
Relationships: Communication and Responsibility
Observation, Study and Practice, with Discussion
Life is choice.
We are responsible for every choice we make in all situations, including the choice to deny our power of choice.
If we deny our power of choice, we deny our responsibility and therefore our freedom. We choose an attitude that is irresponsible and disempowered. We fall into victim consciousness; falsely blaming externally projected sources as the cause of our problems which are falsely believed to be out of our sphere of control and thus unchangeable. In this way, suffering continues without end, because we are denying our own power of choice to cause, change and create our life.
To break this cycle of blame, and correct our attitude of irresponsibility and disempowerment, we must remember and reclaim our power of choice, and grow in our understanding of how the divine laws of manifestation, or cause and effect, operate in our daily life.
Every choice has consequences.
With our choices, we create our life and our destiny.
We are the cause and not the effect of our destiny.
We are the Creators and not the victims of our Universe.
Relationships are mirrors in which we can observe the consequences of our choices, study the laws in action, and witness the progress of our growth and development.
Communication is an art with which we practice and grow in Self-Knowledge and Self-Mastery.
Jackson & Marie Wu facilitate an inner and outer process through which we can remember and reclaim our power of choice in all situations, better understand how the divine laws of cause and effect operate in our daily life, and develop discernment, courage and strength to choose wisely and thus knowingly create the life that we wish.
